Could Groupon Be Good for Your Business?

Groupon – and its clones – are spreading like wildfire. The daily deal at a business in your city is often just too good to resist. Business owners are captivated by the promise of dozens, hundreds, even thousands of new customers.

Kristina Weis, who works with the AboutUs community, read about one small Portland restaurant, Posies Cafe, and its miserable experience with Groupon. She just had to know: Was this a typical experience, or was it unique?
